Reporting to product Manager and Product Supervisor ,this position will be responsible for customer quality approach, & requested to have capabilities to handle troubleshooting & good analytical Skill.

Responsible for product and service delivery of Core Network Product, Customer oriented value.

Qualification :

- be able to communicate in english fluently and effectively. - have good analytical and evaluation skill.

- Mastering in Mobile Wireless communication (topology, network strcuture, and technology).

- Mastering TCP/IP network and its application. - Understand FTP, telnet and UNIX command.

- Understand SS7 signaling system.

- Understand Basic Service Call Flow for mobile network communication (voice call, SMS,etc)
